Growing Up Global Resource box for Early Years

Growing up Global is a resource box designed for Early Years teachers and educators
to enable them to introduce the children to the wider world. The box is designed to complement the Growing up Global handbook produced by Reading International Solidarity Centre (RISC) - seen on the right. This wonderful book is full of activities
designed to engage children as young as 18 months up to 5 years.
In the box you will find:

• RISC's Growing up Global Handbook
• extra background information for educators to support the twelve chapters
• further colour images to use with your children
• some extra activities to extend the theme
• objects and artefacts to help you bring alive the topic
• and some pre-prepared materials to make your life easier!
