If you have seen the posters for the Harambee Centre AGM and film screening of The Age of Stupid you have come to the right place. We are inviting all people interested in the issues of environment and development to come along and learn more about what Harambee does and see the film The Age of Stupid

The Harambee Centre 2008-09 AGM will be on Wednesday 1st July at Emmanuel URC, Trumpington Street, Cambridge - map & directions here.

Refreshments from 6:45pm for a prompt 7pm start. AGM business should occupy the first half hour  - followed the free screening of The Age of Stupid - an award-winning film about climate change with Oscar nominated actor Pete Postlethwaite (Brassed Off, The Constant Gardener) that has recently been in cinemas.

The Times review called it "the most dramatic and imaginative
assault on the institutional complacency surrounding the issue. "
and said "Pete Postlethwaite is our guide to the near future."

The screening has been arranged through Indiescreenings.net - which is licensing the film for public showing - and we are listed on The Age of Stupid site
