Lately I have seen that I got fat. My favourite pair of jeans were extremely tight, instead of loose. My face rounded. My belly was not so flat as previously. I was aware that I gotta do something about this. I didn’t want this to get worst. Nevertheless, I already knew that I will not be able to give up tasty food. I love eating and I genuinely think that my life with no tasty food will not be quite happy. I cannot be on diet. I just can’t. In consequence, I was aware that instead of diet, I have to choose something else – doing sport.
